1. Scope and contract

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through uniqueyou-store.com for delivery in the United States. Product listings are invitations to place an order. After checkout we send an electronic acknowledgement; the sales contract is accepted when we send the order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, subject to mandatory law.

2. Products and availability

We describe the material, dimensions, colour and main features on the product page. Screen settings and natural textile variation can cause minor differences. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

3. Prices, duties and payment

Prices for this market are displayed in USD. The total shown at checkout is binding. Shipments are offered on a delivered-duty-paid basis where stated at checkout, so duties and import taxes collected by us are included in the order total. Any sales tax or VAT that we are required to collect is shown or included as applicable. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout; payment on delivery (COD) is not available for this market.

4. Delivery

Orders are sent from Poland, normally by FedEx for this market. The checkout states the available service, price and estimated transit time for the delivery address. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk passes as required by applicable consumer law. Please provide complete contact and address data and promptly report visible transport damage or non-delivery.

5. Cancellation, returns and conformity

The separate Returns and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods are not limited. We apply applicable United States federal and state consumer-protection laws, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule where it governs the sale.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to info@uniqueyou.info or the postal address above, identifying the order, issue and requested remedy. We will assess the complaint and answer without undue delay.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable loss caused by a breach and does not cover business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Polish law governs the contract, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in the country of habitual residence or delivery. A consumer may use any court or dispute forum made available by mandatory law.

9. Final provisions

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms prospectively; the version accepted with an order governs that order.
